Cook the chopped banana stem by adding salt and turmeric powder keep it aside
In a pan, fry some Fenugreek,red chillies and coriander
Crush them in a mixer
In a pan, boil some tamarind pulp,mix the cooked banana stem into it.
After cooking about 5 minutes add the crushed masala along with a pinch of asafoetida
Add a little bit of oil to taste.
