Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 piece banana stem


  • 12 nos red chilli


  • 1 tsp fenugreek


  • 1 tbsp coriander


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp tamarind pulp


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Cook the chopped banana stem by adding salt and turmeric powder keep it aside
  • In a pan, fry some Fenugreek,red chillies and coriander
  • Crush them in a mixer 
  • In a pan, boil some tamarind pulp,mix the cooked banana stem into it.
  • After cooking about 5 minutes add the crushed masala along with a pinch of asafoetida
  • Add a little bit of oil to taste.
